Big Give Appeal 2021

In Burundi, Five Talents partners with the Anglican Church & Mothers’ Union to support over 7,600 Literacy & Savings Group members. Groups enable members to learn, earn, save and invest together to build sustainable businesses to support their families. Throughout the pandemic, we’ve seen a huge increase in demand for our work as communities have seen first-hand the value in having a safe place to save their money, receiving training and taking a small loan to kickstart businesses. This year, our Big Give Christmas Appeal for Burundi will enable our partners to build even more Literacy & Savings Groups reaching an additional 6,000 members.

Over the last 20 years, Five Talents has worked with more than 260,000 members to build their resilience and develop a safety net of savings in times of crises. Your support for this year’s appeal will bring training and savings to thousands more communities so they can build their resilience too.
